Holiday Stuffing
Recipe from Luana Harlan
1 ½ cups celery, chopped
1 - 8 oz can of water chestnuts, sliced
1 ½ cups onion, chopped
2 Tbsp McKay’s Chicken Seasoning
8 oz fresh mushrooms,
sliced ½ tsp sage
1 Tbsp oil
2 ½ cups water
1 pkg 7.5 oz bread cubes
Saute’ onions, celery, and mushrooms in oil. Mix water and seasonings (broth). Mix cubes and sautéed vegetables and broth together. Place in Pam sprayed 3 quart casserole.
Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Uncover for the last 10-15 minutes to brown top.
